Volumetric Drum and Pail Filling

Volumetric Drum and Pail Filling is the most reliable method when filling higher viscosity paste like products.

The Follower Plate travels to the bottom of the drum before the filling cycle commences and remains in full contact with the fluid/paste as the filling cycle proceeds. Insuring void-free filling.

The Follower Plate retracts under the pressure of the material flowing into the drum/pail, and adjustable resistance is set to suit the viscosity of the material and the filling speed.

Materials are typically fed from our Hydraulic Discharge Presses.
