Via a Grunfeld positive displacement metering system giving exact dispense volumes time after time, particularly important as ratio accuracy is paramount with most 2-component systems.

Available in two standard configurations –

FRP – Fixed Ratio/Pack Size; dedicated to a fill specific product/formula and pack size.

MRP – Multiple Ratio/Pack Size; multiple different products/formulas with different ratios and pack sizes can be filled on the same system.

With the option for Quick-knock-down easy clean for rapid clean down when moving between different products/formulas.

All wettable parts and seal specification will be selected specific to your formulated chemistry. Mostly, wettable parts are machined from various stainless-steel grades selected for their particular properties.
