To the positive displacement Metering Unit, where the Part-A and Part-B Metering shafts and mechanically connected to maintain constant ratio.

The Part-A and Part-B Metering Chamber are sized respectively to give the required ratio. The Metering Chambers can be swapped out to change the ratio, but this type of system is typically dedicated to a specific ratio and product/chemistry.

The dose volume is adjusted via mechanical stop on the Pneumatic only variants, and via the Touchscreen on more advanced variants with electronic controls.

All wettable parts and seal specification are selected specific to your formulated chemistry. Mostly, wettable parts are machined from various stainless-steel grades selected for their particular properties.
