Drum and Pail Filling by Weight – typically suited for filling lower viscosity liquid products that flow and self-level under gravity.

The systems are configured to suit the applications, taking into consideration the material, and the required output (and therefore filling speeds/cycles).

Minimal fluid contact parts ensure easy set-up and operation, with minimal cleaning when moving between dissimilar products.

Most parameters – including compensation for material ‘in flight’ – are set via the Touchscreen.

With options for regulating the fed material flow; to reduce the flow/filling speed towards the end of the filling cycle.

Available in ATEX specifications.
