SEMI-AUTOMATED 2-COMPONENT CARTRIDGE FILLING SYSTEM BENCH-TOP

Designed for laboratory scale up filling, and small to medium volume filling of 2-component adhesives, sealants and resins into rigid plastic syringes and cartridges.

Pneumatically operated, machines in the Bench-Top Range are quiet and efficient, with rapid cycle times for each cartridge filled.

Designed to be rapidly disassembled for cleaning between products and batches. Featuring quick release clamp fittings and swept bends for easy internal wipe down.

Scale Up machines are precision manufactured using specialist stainless steels for maximum chemical and wear resistance during operation.

High accuracy, positive displacement volumetric filling ensures correct ratios are maintained and correct fill volumes achieved. Any cartridge size can be filled with the correct filling mandrel specified – from 10cc Syringes up to 600ml Cartridges.

Supplied with Material Reservoirs from 2.0 litres up to 30.0 litres. With the option of sight glass sections to see material level.

Available in free-standing or benchtop configuration, with adaptable design to suit your environment and operation.

Optional ‘on-board’ vacuum degassing stations are available, to remove any entrapped air from the materials before they are filled into cartridges.

Grunfeld® also manufacture a full range of Automatic Piston Insertion Tooling which can be used in tandem with the Scale Up Systems.
