Volumetric Pot Filling

We offer a range of different volumetric dosing solutions, in a range of sizes to suit different materials and applications:

Pneumatically driven volumetric dosing is typically the lowest cost option and can handle lower to medium viscosity pastes. Dose adjustments are made with mechanical stops.

Hydraulicly driven volumetric dosing units can be specified to handle a broad range of viscosities. Dose adjustments are made with mechanical stops.

Servo-driven volumetric dosing units can be specified to handle a very broad range of viscosities. Dose adjustments are entered on the Touchscreen (without mechanical adjustments) for easy setup.

Fluid contact (wettable) parts are specified for chemical compatibility with the materials to be dispensed.
