• System specification is selected to suit the adhesive and the application, the three key types of technology we offer are Piston Metering, Gear Metering, and Servo Metering.
• Piston and Gear Metering offer a continues flow of material for a continues application over a large application, whilst Servo Metering has a limited output/dose size.
• Available in configurations to suit 20 litre (5-gallon) Pails or 200 litre (55-gallon) Drums.
• The sizing and performance of the Metering Units is specified to suit the product viscosities and the required outputs (Litres Per Minute).
• With Gear and Servo technologies, adjustments to ratio and output can be made via the Touchscreen.
• Integration and automation can be configured with other Grunfeld systems.
