Available in both gravity fed configurations for lower viscosity materials and follower plate ram mounted configurations for mid to high viscosity materials.
Or a combination of both, for example, where a high-viscosity Part-A material is used with a low-viscosity Part-B (Hardener) material.
Follower plate configurations available for 20ltr/5-gallon drums or 200ltr/55-gallon drums.
Metering cylinders are manufactured from high-performance grade stainless steel and precision-honed to prolong piston seal life, particularly important where material contains abrasive filler content.
Mix ratio can be changed by changing the cylinder and piston size.
Pneumatically powered and very easy to operate.
Very low system maintenance required.
