Packing & Palletising

Grunfeld offers a range of end-of-line solutions, beyond the filling, capping and labelling operations.

The end-of-line offering includes (but is not limited to) Flow Wrapping, Cartoning, Case Packing and Palletisation.

Grunfeld end-of-line solutions offer high throughputs to handle the output of upstream processes with maximum autonomy.

Flow Wrapping: certain products require a secondary wrapping process, either to act as a secondary barrier or as a means to bundle the primary packaging with loose ancillary items (i.e. needles, nozzles, booklets, silica pouches, etc.).

Cartoning: inserting primary packaging into a thin wall card carton often together with a booklet.

Case Pack: inserting multiple units of primary or secondary packaging into an outer box.

(Optional) Nozzle Insertion: For 1-compnent cartridges clip nozzle can be attached, or loose nozzle inserted in to the box.

Palletising: automatic stacking of finished packed cases onto pallets.
