The precision Servo-driven Volumetric Metering Unit accurately doses the selected amount of material, providing high accuracy and speed across a range of dose sizes.A wide range of outlet options enables the filling of various packaging types, e.g. pots, tubes, syringes, cartridges, dosing-cartridges, sachets, etc.

Fluid contact (wettable) parts are specified for chemical compatibility with the materials to be dispensed.

And the Quick-knock-down design enables rapid disassembly for cleaning of fluid contact (wettable) parts.

With an option for an Integrated Weight Scale with Feedback and Automatic Dose Adjustment (for customers selling products by weight): The recipes are set (via the Touchscreen) with the target weight, material density, and high and low weight limits (tolerance), and the system then automatically adjusts the dose to compensate for any batch variations in density.
