Grunfeld offers a range of in-line automatic labelling machines, including:

Wrap-around Labellers & 3-Roller Labellers: suitable for cylindrical 1-component cartridges.

Front & Back Labellers: suitable for both 1 & 2 component cartridges which feature 2 separate labels.

U-gate Labellers: suitable for both 1 & 2 component cartridges which feature a single wrap-around label.

All labelling machine types are suitable for applying self-adhesive labels.

With interchangeable heads available for operation that handle a wide range of label heights.

With options for Apply Only and Print and Apply.

Speeds and other parameters are set and saved via the touchscreen.

Horizontal and vertical mechanical adjustments are made via the hand wheels, which feature position indicators, for repeatable set-up.

Extended conveyor length options can assist with buffering and easy integration with upstream and downstream conveyors.
