When it comes to nozzles for adhesive dispense there is a huge range of different types available. And each type has its own unique function.

 

 

For 2 component adhesives, the nozzle plays a key role in ensuring that the components are mixed correctly. Without a static mix nozzle for 2 component adhesives, there is no way of guaranteeing that the part A and part B components are mixed together. Issues caused by unmixed components are numerous, however, the most significant being that; if the 2K adhesive is not correctly mixed it will not cure.
